Optimizing the Education of Our Children

If we are to compete internationally in technology, we must separate children by learning level early in their development. It is especially important to prepare the top 5 to 10 percent early to become our leading engineers, physicists, and medical researchers and care givers.
 

But, it is important to the nation that we maximize the education of all of our children. Not all children are best served by a traditional college education. Trade schools can be supported by low cost government sponsored computer programs and  cooperative associations with industry. The goal is to educate our people and revive our industry.
 

It is important to remember that no one can be given an education. We can provide the best possible opportunities.
