Eliminating Special Interest Loopholes and Simplifying the Personal Income Tax Code.

Special interest loopholes in the 20,000 page personal income tax code are easily eliminated.  In the first line of the new law, you simply say, "All previous provisions regarding personal income taxes are rescinded."   Then you write the new code.  It should take less than 100 pages.   This also implements tax code simplification.
